From what I've heard, if your vehicle was not designed to run on ethanol, don't put it in the tank. Ethanol is a type of alcohol, and will corrode fuel lines, fuel injectors and cause a number of problems. 99, suburban....I'd use regular gas to be safe
In The Gas Tank. Good Luck
Ethanol can reach up to 99% purity, which means highest concentration. Pure Ethanol is colorless exactly like water! Any color in ethanol is because of bad distillation or additives!
There are two, 5.7liter (350cid) gas which accounts for 99% of all Suburbans and Diesel engine, pray you don't have the diesel.
Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but My 99 Suburban has had problems with the gas gauge bouncing unexplainably between E and F, and doesn't read correctly. Turns out the Fuel Pump and sending unit attached to it needs to be replaced (just died in my driveway today). It is a time-consuming job, as the fuel pump assembly is located inside the gas tank.
how so you turn on the daytime running lights on a 99 suburban
most likely bad balljoints
plastic bezel that holds the three lighter in the dash of my 99 suburban clip on?
FlexFuel means you can run both gasoline and ethanol in the vehicle. Ethanol is corrosive so the fuel system has to be plastics to not corrode in contact with ethanol.
bad gas
yes, all suburbans had the same windows and assemblies from 92-99
The relay switch for the locks on a 99 Chevy Suburban is located under the driver-side dashboard.
Any type of gear will wear over time..but bad maintenance won't help.
