∙ 14y agoYes, all kittens are born with blue eyes. The reason for this is their eyes aren't fully developed even when a kitten first opens its eyes, this is what causes the blue "film". Once the eyes start to develop, the kitten can see in much sharper detail and loses the blue colour.
