"Finders keepers, losers weepers" is not the law and never has been. Property that has been lost or mislaid still belongs to the rightful owner. Keeping it without attempting to return it is called "Theft or Appropriation of Lost or Mislaid Property".
In the US, the laws vary from state to state. In California, a finder can face criminal charges for not making an attempt to return lost property to its rightful owner (Penal Code 485 PC). In Illinois, surprisingly, theft of lost or mislaid property is punishable only by a fine (720 ILCS 5/16-2).
In the US, Canada, the UK and Australia, the law requires a person who finds lost property to make a reasonable effortto locate the owner. In many places, if there is no means of identification, the property must be turned in to the police, who will hold it for a length of time, which varies considerably--anywhere from 90 days to 18 months in different places, to allow the owner to claim it. In some states, if the property goes unclaimed, it then (and only then) becomes the property of the finder.

Promise keepers believe in honoring their commitments and staying true to their word. They prioritize integrity, loyalty, and accountability in keeping promises made to others. This can apply to various aspects of life, such as relationships, work, and personal responsibilities.
Sure. " Finders keepers, losers weepers".It depends on what you've found. A five-dollar bill can be difficult to trace to its original owner; but a wedding band or domestic animal obviously would belong to someone who is probably searching for it.ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!if you find something it does not become yours! heck, if your honest and return it, who knows, if it isn't very important to the person who lost it they might even let you keep it!last year in school my friend found $20 that some one dropped. Being the kind person she is she told the person in the office that she found some money laying around and was wondering if any one had reported that they lost $20. The lady said no and told her if she didn't hear anything by the end of the week she could have it. sure enough that Friday she became $20 dollars richer!today my cousin got mad at me because he found something at recess and thought he could keep it. he was showing it off to some people not knowing they were friends with the person who might have lost it. on the way out of school he was fighting with the people who said it was their friends and a teacher over heard. she stopped them and asked them what was going on.they told her and she told my cousin that it didn't belong to him and that he needed to let the other boys give it to their friend tomorrow morning.while walking across the cross walk a kid in my grade who is friends with my cousin told him you should have just told them you found it at home! i turned around and said " NO he shouldn't have!" my cousin yelled back next time don't talk unless you know what your talking about! i said " i did know what i was talking about, you said 'look at this isn't it soooooooo cool? i found it at recess.' you said ' i FOUND it at RECESS' i think i know what i was talking about!"lets say you lost something that meant the world to you, like the boy who lost what my cousin found at recess, i know him and he wore it to school EVERYDAY!!!! if you lost it you would or should expect some one to be kind enough to take a little time out of there day and report it to someone.example: you lost your dog. you hang signs up every ware, report to the radio station and everything. now there's this person who finds your dog and decides 'i found this dog its mine after all there is a saying 'finders keepers, losers weepers.' yeah there may be a saying but it doesn't mean that's the way life is. some one will eventually find it and say 'hey isn't that the dog that Mr. Po Po is missing?' or who ever the dog belongs to.in the end its not worth it.the true loser is the one who finds and keeps, and the true winner is the one you gives back when its not theirs!
i dont know all of u ar losers u should answer it ur self with tha correct meaning

Yes...and the keepers of the cross were on Fox and Friends telling its history. It was erected by WWI veterans many of which were NOT religious or even believed in God.
That is correct, it is not an optical view finder, though that shouldn't bother you too much. Most cameras have a viewing area which is nearly 100% of the actual image be recorded; this however is not true for most optical view finders. Most view finders are substantially less than 100%, Maybe even closer to 90%. That's not very accurate for setting up a shot.
Under international maritime law, specifically the International Convention on Salvage (1989), objects in the sea remain the property of the original owner forever, unless that owner has formally abandoned claim to them. A salvor is entitled to a reward for recovering them, but cannot claim ownership of the property. The Law of Salvage is frequently confused with the Law of Finds, even though they are opposite in some respects. The Law of Finds is the closest thing in the law to "finders keepers"--it does grant ownership of abandoned wrecks to the finder. However, in recent times, admiralty courts have ruled that the Law of Finds can only be applied if the owners have expressly and publicly abandoned claim to their property or the wreck is so ancient that no owner or sovereign could possibly assert a claim to it.For example, the wreckage of the R.M.S. Titanic is in international waters, over 600 km off the coast of Newfoundland. Courts have ruled, repeatedly, that the company RMS Titanic, Inc., is salvor-in-possession of the wreck and has exclusive rights to recover and display artifacts from the site, but cannot sellthose artifacts, as they do not have ownership of them. (It is true that some artifacts from the Titanic were sold between 1994 and 1996, before the court clarified its ruling).
Dieting is sometimes instructed upon or simply the need to do it because of its healthful benefits. Every person has a different diet. Dieting can be restrictive or adding more to one's sustenance to achieve something. It is true in weight conscious, weight losers, and also in patients.
