I what car? Year, Make, Model. All will have individual bulbs for the different functions, some are indeed located in the same housing.
you have to remove the headlight bezel. there is 4 screws around the headlight and possibly 2 along the side of the signal light
remove passenger side signal front light first then passenger headlight and horn should be right behind below the side passenger signal light!
Open the hood, remove the two tabs that lock the headlight assembly in place, remove the headlight assembly, doing this will give you access to the signal light socket for bulb replacement.

To change the signal light on a Buick Terazza remove the headlight above the turn signal. Open the hood, there is one bolt/screw on the the top-outside edge of headlight and a 4--5 " L shaped fastner on the other side. Turn the L fastner and pull up and out. Now work the headlight out around the seals. The turn signal is directly below. Turn the light socket counter clockwise to remove bulb.

there are two screws holding the light assembly to the car. Remove the two and replace after removing headlight
Easy! Pop your hood open, and behind each headlight there's some black plastic sticking out.(sorr, dont know how to really explain it but its pretty obvious) You have to pull that out. On my car it was a little hard, i had to twist it to the right angle to get it to come out.

Take the two top screws of the headlight assembly out and then loosen only the bottom center screw on the back of the headlight housing. rotate the right side of the headlight and housing out to expose the light sockets. Twist and remove the sockets foe access to the light bulbs.
