It is not; bacteria and fungus are totally different.

Bacteria are prokaryotic microbes, meaning they have no nuclei in their cells. Fungi are eukaryotic, like plants, animals, and many other organisms. Even though you can see some fungi, like mushrooms and moulds for example, fungi are fundamentally microbes, though not closely related to bacteria.
