As long as you don't get Craig Day as your loan officer, it looks like they will be. Craig screwed with us for two solid months, never explaining rate locks, never explaining the mortgage process to us (we're a yound couple buying our first home and my husband is a disabled vet). He never got our names right when he spoke to us on the phone, he dropped the ball on countless things, and in the end he told us we owed another $1,300 for the rate lock because he had it expiring a full 30 days before our closing date. Yet, he never mentioned it until our mortgage was finally approved. Also, if you're in New England looking for a VA loan, be prepared that there is only 1 person in the NE VA office that they work with that approves mortgages and he only works Tuesdays and Fridays.
Actually, I changed my mind. Don't go with the company at all. Find someone close to you so you can march down to their office if they mess with you.
