When sex becomes illegal? Generally, in our society we say, if a male & a female do sex before marriage, it will be called as an illegal relationship. This idea is still strongly believed in the society of South-East Asia, where Buddhism was found in 557 BC. But people of the modern world in modern developed countries don't follow any restrictions of doing sex before marriage. So, is this illegal? Perhaps not, because Buddha says, sex between male & female before marriage will be called illegal only in those cases where there is no love between them. If sex is done without love, if sex is done with force, then it will be called illegal sex. But still according to Buddha, it is not good to sex before marriage, because it can cause much harm to women. Women posses a critical body, that is why people should think before they sex, especially with teenage girls. And in the society of South-East Asia it is still a shameful act for the family too. So, Buddha says it is better not to sex before marriage.
