Yes. International Delight coffee creamer tastes HORRIBLE!! It's so watery they shouldn't be allowed to use "cream" in the name.
Well... drinking expired coffee may not be the best thing for you ... especially if there is some milk or creamin it. Drinking expied coffee may cause some food poisoning, but I really wouldn't worry about it . If its bad enough it will go up the same way it went down.
Is it Dairy Creamer? If so, probably not long after opening it. I was told 1 week after opening it. Non-Dairy, I was told not to drink it at all. So, just to be safe, I'd go by the "Sell by" date or Expiration Date.

If you have problems with gluten, a non dairy creamer may make you sick as it can contain hidden traces of gluten. Dairy creamer may make you sick if you are sensitive to dairy products or lactose intolerant. Cream that is not refrigerated can go bad and grow bacteria that can make you sick.
it is very bad as it contains corn syrup solids. once diluted in a liquid the crystals form into glucose. experiment, measure your sugar levels prior to drinking a glass of water with two tablespoons of that creamer. you will notice a spike in your sugar level.

No, it's just a waste of coffee...
We have used it in cereal when we were out of milk. It is not bad and better than some of the soy products out there. Also check this link (below) regarding cooking/baking with non-dairy creamer.
