It wouldn't have come from the heart on her own accord, but basically she may apologize just to get you off her back. Then what have you won? Nothing! People apologize when they mean it! If she isn't sorry for what she has done, then she simply doesn't feel she owes you an apology. I don't know what she did to you, but be sure you have all the facts.
