Today the sun rose in central Argentina at 7:57 AM. Tomorrow it is suppose to rise at the same time, 7:57AM.
That phenomenal observation is due to the fact that the sun, whenever it rises, appears to rise in the east as seen from every point on Earth.
In the Morning the sun will rise continuously.
The Moon is new tonight; it rose about when the Sun did, and will set about when the Sun does. Tomorrow evening, you may - perhaps - see a sliver of a crescent Moon low in the western sky at sunset.
That description isn't true at all. In fact, it's just the opposite: Summer is the time of year when the sun rises earliest and sets latest, giving us the longest periods of daylight ... and heating.

Well I am a very magical person, the sun is going to rise tomorrow glad to be of service.
Given that there has not been so much as a year in mankind's history in which there weren't some dictators somewhere - and usually many everywhere - that would be a rather safe prediction, wouldn't it? So you may assume two things. Yes, some have no doubt "predicted" dictators. And yes, that's as much of a "prediction" as speaking of your feeling that the sun may rise tomorrow.
