There are as many personality types as there are guys. Many guys find a "shy Girl" to be alluring. There are also many guys who love the challenge of getting to know a shy girl.
The most important thing to be is yourself. If you are a bit introverted, do not fight it. It is better for the guy you are interested in to find your shy nature to be endearing rather than to force trying to be someone you are not.
