Yes! I just found out that I'm pregnant (my period still isn't due for 2 days) and my tummy won't stop rumbling....even right after I eat! It rumbles even when I'm full. This was my first sign after I got the positive pregnancy test.
Probably not. Your symptoms of pregnancy will usually appear anywhere from the first week of your expected period to 1-2 weeks after your first week of expected period. Your first signs of pregnancy most commonly include missed period, tender/swollen breasts, change in color of the breasts, fatigue, nausea/vomiting, increased sense of smell, and weight gain. This is the first segment of the small intestine right below the stomach.
Sometimes it is but not necessarily. Could be that you are suffering from a UTI or something else, better see your gynaecologist and find out if its too painful.

If you're not pregnant and don't want to be, start using a method of pregnancy prevention today. Your local family planning center should be able to get you in for a same-day appointment for a pregnancy test, and get you started on prenatal vitamins if you're hoping for pregnancy, or get you started on birth control if this isn't the right time for you.
I was told during my pregnancy that its because of the way the stomach is shaped. When laying on your left it doesn't stretch or put much pressure on your body. Same thing when you eat too much just lay on your left side.
