- No, it is not bad to ask God that the guy you love a lot will be your boyfriend. He is not married and free to date who he wants. However, it would be wrong if you did something to try and break them up. Most teens that are in a relationship are in and out of relationships so keep seeing friends; dating and perhaps one day he will be free and you can ask him out if he doesn't ask you out first.
