No. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is water soluble, so anything that your body doesn't use your just going to excrete in the urine. Taking too much at once can upset your stomach though, but it won't be toxic like your fat soluble vitamins (A,D,E, and K). You should be fine taking 1-2g daily.
