Yes, flirting with a 19-year old is a bad idea for a 14-year old girl. She should not flirt with him every time she sees him, and not any time she sees him. She should not do it at all. She should be sending a totally different message. The one that says, "I'm not interested." It is a totally bad idea for a 14-year old girl to "encourage" a 19-year old boy (a man, actually) in any way. The reasons are self-evident, and even as a 14-year old, you should be able to see them. The question is, will you make the "best" choice here? Young men go to jail for continuing down a path like the one you have suggested you two may be on here. You won't go down the same path. Yours will be a journey down the avenue of regret. Word.
