Yes...just drain and refill a couple of times till the fluid is bright red again !
You should not flush 1995 Honda Accord transmission fluid. Transmission fluid should be taken to the appropriate dumping site and disposed of there.
The 98 Honda accord holds about 3 quarts of transmission fluid. If you are performing a flush, however, you will need about 5 quarts.
Honda Automatic transmissions use an internal filter that is designed for the life of the transmission. It is extremely rare that one would have to be changed. Also do not do a power flush on a Honda transmission as it will ruin the internal seals.

Drain it into a toilet and flush it
Transmission flush is really good for your car. A transmission flush is a mixture of oil and transmission fluid which allows your transmission to run really smoothly.
There is no external filter for the transmission nor is there a pan/sump. Also do not "flush" transmission fluid on this model, the small screens, filter internally will become restricted and cause fluid temp to rise
One way is drop the pan for the transmission. But that will only take out a bit of the fluid about half. You will need a machine to get all the fluid out of the lines. If its something your worried about the cost just buy the fluid just buy it somewhere else like parts source or any other parts supplier. They will charge you a hour to do it at a dealer which is a lot cheaper than replace parts if you dont put enough fluid back into the transmission.
Sorry, I do not know. You just pull a drain plug to drain the transmission. To flush the transmission, he needs to drain the transmission, remove a cooler line, run the engine while filling the transmission so the torque converter can discharge any contaminated fluid. Your fluid must have shown sign of overheating for him to suggest that. Good/smart mechanic. Need more like him.
You don't flush a manual transmission. You just drain the old fluid, and refill with new.
you can flush if you wish, but at a cost. Honda mechanic told me that i have to use oil supplied by Honda and that i should run the car with new oil for 1 week and then replace with new oil, again from Honda. MTF (Manual trans fluid) or ATF (Automatic trans fluid). In each case approx 3 Litres is required to fill the transmission costing about £40
On a manual transmission there should be a flush plug that will directly accept a1/2" ratchet less the socket. Remove this to check manual transmission fluid and to add it. This plug can usually be found on the passenger side of the transmission just being the tire.
