It really depends where you are in your relationship. If you just started going out, then you should hold hands. That is less personal...If you put your arms around her then you should be "going steady" Putting your arms around her is like cuddling... thats true too. - but take it from a girl, the girl might acualllly like you putting your arms around her. she might think its cute.
