Well, if you are she, and she is you, then you could properly say, "This is she."

If I call you on the phone, and ask for you, and you say, "this is she," you are correct. Easy way to tell if you should say "she: or "her" -- say the sentence backwards. You woudn't say HER IS (this or any other adjective) but you would say "SHE IS (adjective).
