My Bravetti deep fryers manual doesn't say why but it clearly says Don't use olive oil.
Never fill the fryer more than half-full with oil (or melted fat) - and NEVER leave it on the stove unattended !

Here is a simple recipe for making air fryer fish: Ingredients: 2 fillets of your choice of fish (such as cod, haddock, or tilapia) 2 tablespoons of olive oil 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of paprika salt and pepper to taste lemon wedges for serving Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pat the fish fillets dry with a paper towel and brush them with the olive oil mixture on both sides. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overcrowded. Cook the fish in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy
Converting a deep fryer to an air fryer is not recommended as they operate on different principles. An air fryer uses hot air to cook food with little to no oil, while a deep fryer submerges food in hot oil. It is best to purchase an air fryer for healthier cooking instead of trying to modify a deep fryer.

An electric fryer is used in cooking to fry foods such as french fries, onion rings and other appetizers. The fryer is plugged in, filled with oil. The frozen food is placed in a basket which is then dipped in the oil that was placed in the fryer.
Olive oil! Are u kidding me!?
Olive oil is the healthier of the two. Olive oil is one of the healthiest oils, period.
how do you heat the oil in a rival deep fryer
The main difference between olive oil and virgin olive oil is the way they are processed. Virgin olive oil is made from the first pressing of the olives, while regular olive oil is a blend of virgin and refined olive oils. Virgin olive oil is considered to have a higher quality and better flavor compared to regular olive oil.
Light olive oil IS olive oil. Different varieties and types of olive oil are used for different things, so one cannot say that a certain olive oil is better than another.
