What I would do is text the person or talk to he/she on facebook or msn, because I find that you arent shy with those that its always easier to say whats on your mind if your not face to face. Then after you have talked for a bit when you see him/her you will know what that person likes and it's easier to talk to them. Or if you want to just get it over with tell that person that you like them and see what happens. But in my opinion I would go with the first one.

For some it would be easier to video conference if you are shy person because they feel less pressured than being physically in front of a group of people.
