It depends on how done you want your egg, and how you define easy.
If you want the yolk hard, and define easy as, hard to screw it up, then put an egg in water that covers it and boil for 15 minutes. If you stop after 10 minutes, you'll be fine, if you let it go for 20, you'll still be fine. Note that the yolk may turn green, but there's nothing wrong with it.
If you want the yolk liquid, then frying is the way to go because you can tell whether or not it's starting to harden up. Sunny side up is easiest because there's no flipping the egg involved. If you like over-easy or over-medium, just take care to flip the egg gently so the yolk doesn't break and go everywhere in the pan.
