Window hardware is relatively inexpensive to replace, especially on older wooden windows. If it is has begun to rust, spray it lightly with a lubricating agent to ensure the screws don't strip and removal should be no problem at all.

I would try the window switch first , but if you are going to replace the switch then you will see how to replace the motor. You would have to take the door panel apart after that its easy.

its easy just take off the door panel, disconnect the wiring harness and take the screws out of the mount for the window motor and it comes rite out
