Yeah, quite easy remove window & replace with care...
Window regulator controls the up and down motions of your car window. Both electric and manual windows have a window regulator. Not the easiest part to replace, but once you dissembled the door panel it should be fairly simple to replace.
Pull the inside door panel off, find the switches, their will be a black rectangular clip holding them in the armrest. jr

Remove the inside door panel. Loosen the tensioner pulley. The belt line will become loose and can be removed. Reverse the process to install the new belt line.

The controls and rails have worn and the vibration of the vehicle is allowing the weight of the window to move everything down. You may need to remove the door panel to replace some of the internal parts and the window rails.
You have to release the pressure from tensioner which is attached to the Idler Pulley. The easiest way to do this is to remove the panel located at the bottom of the passenger fire wall. The panel is held in by 3 10mm screws. Once you remove the panel you can see the tensioner and pulley.
Pop the door panel off. Remove screws including the one behind the window switch. Then, lift up on the panel. You will see where the window switch plugs in.
