Your question is worded incorrectly, I think. I'm guessing you meant, "Is it okay to be selfish sometimes within my relationship?" I'd have to say yes and no. It always depends on the situation at hand. If you have a really good reason to be selfish and it's not going to ruin your relationship, I'd say yes. Go get your mani/pedi/massage or spend the day with the boys watching 7 screens of sports (depending on your gender). But if you're consistently being selfish and you can count the number of times you've made a decision where you've thought of your significant others feelings on one hand, you're being way too selfish and I wouldn't be surprised if you end up single soon.
