it's up to you; if you're tired, I wouldn't recomend you to work out at that time; if you are hyper, working out is good to get you tired and make you want to sleep, if that's your point. To my opinion, it is better to work out in the morning or at 4-5 PM and have a hot bath before you go to bed.
