The washer is usually no problem, but you may run into problems with electrical supply and vent for dryer.
a washer and dryer is unacceptable in the kitchen because food cannot be handled in the kitchen while washing or drying
No
Plenty of kitchen playsets come with a complete "kitchen," but they can get quite expensive.
The condo is in foreclosure and I need to move but would like to take the appliances with me can I do this The washer and dryer are not part of the property, they are a posession within it in most jurisdictions if they are not built in. If they are built in under the counter, they would be a fixture. Kitchen apppliances like the stove, dishwasher etc are fixtures and must remain with the property- EVEN IF YOU INSTALLED THEM YOURSELF unless you have an agreement with the owner of the mortgage that allows you to remove them. Improvements to the property almost always remain with the property according to the agreement. Read the mortgage if you are not sure. Fixtures or improvements should be covered in the agreement.
I think the model year for Kenmore dryer 66902 would be either 1989 or 1990. Ours is the original for our condo and the condo was built in 1989 and the Maytag washer was installed in 1989 or 1990 and so I am sure that the dryer would have been installed at the same time. Marilyn
Kenmore is an excellent brand to look at when shopping for a washer and dryer.
Instead of the washer and dryer being side by side, the dryer is stacked on top of the washer.

In order to find proper washer dryer combo specifications one can visit a website for the maker of that certain washer dryer. The website will likely have specifications.
At last. A 2 in 1 washer and dryer combined. The washer turns into a dryer! No need to transfer clothes from washer to dryer. GE claims to complete a full cycle in 2 hours. There is no need to vent the dryer. The moisture from the clothes goes down the drain instead of an exhaust hose. A 2 in 1 washer/dryer is not new technology. The idea has been around for years but never sold. It wasn’t practical to own one. They didn’t wash or dry very well and a load would take 5 or more hours. These units were popular in Europe because space was very important. This is the first “practical“ 2 in 1 combo that really works well GE claims.
