Here, you would have to consider her height, weight and daily activities. A person could need from 1000-2500 calories a day. The 2000 kcal daily caloric need for women is merely a guideline. Say, a short, thin girl who doesn't do much exercise daily might only need 1200 calories whereas a muscular, tall girl who exercise a lot daily could need 2000+ calories intake per day.
