Here, you would have to consider her height, weight and daily activities. A person could need from 1000-2500 calories a day. The 2000 kcal daily caloric need for women is merely a guideline. Say, a short, thin girl who doesn't do much exercise daily might only need 1200 calories whereas a muscular, tall girl who exercise a lot daily could need 2000+ calories intake per day. You can only "gain" calories through eating and drinking. The average girl that age (12) consumes about 1,400 calories daily.
she might depending on if she exercises or not
Your beautiful just the way you are :)
To maintain your weight... eat as many calories as you burn. Most humans, without even excercising, burn 1500-2000 calories a day just doing daily things and...surprise, surprise, living! If you are trying to lose weight, you have to eat a significant less amount of calories than you are planning to burn in a day. So, if you plan to go on a 3 mile run, and burn a total of 2300 calories in one day, to lose weight you have to eat less than 2300 calories. AND gaining weight is just the opposite...eat more calories than you burn.
I'm twelve and I found that I can have 1800-2300 calories with light exercise w/out gaining or losing weight. I am 5 3 and weigh about 100 lbs.
You might feel like your not losing weight, but you are, and I am so pleased your losing weight.
2,000 calories!!
depends on your weight not your height
About 1,800 calories, assuming she partakes in moderate exercise and eats a healthy diet.
6000
It depends on the height and weight of the girl. But an average 13 year old girl should get between 1,500 to 2,500 calories a day.
Generally, a 12 year old girl should eat about 1,800-2,200 each day. However, it depends on her height, weight, activity level, muscle mass, etc. That's why, if you want a more accurate number of calories you need to eat, you should visit your doctor. It also depends on whether the 12-year-old girl needs to lose weight, maintain weight, or gain weight. Here are some examples for girls age 11, 12, and teenagers, to maintain (not lose) weight:approx 1700-1800 if sedentary/not activeapprox 2000-2200 if moderately activeapprox 2300-2600 if activeapprox 2800-3000 if very active.
Depends on your weight, activity level, and goals.
walk and well that's it you at least lose calories
Depending on the severity of the exercise, and the age of said girl, between 1300 and 1700 calories a day. Much more and weight will likely be gained. Much less and weight will be lost.
