Idk. salad is healthy for you and one of the number one things to do to lose weight is drink water but it would be unhealthy. because your not consuming the things you need to. like meat. so it depends on the salad.
The veggies and lettuce are healthy but a good diet and exercise is the thing that helps you actually lose weight. Too much of anything (including salad) is bad for you. Moderation is the key. And dressing is fattening so don't use too much of that, but a little is okay.
Eat salad and fruit salad for breakfast lunch and dinner! Exercise and do yoga! Limit the salad dressing to as close as none! It WILL be worth it in the end trust me! Do until satisfied with weight results!
Not necessarily, as eating healthily can only counteract eating an appropriate portion, if you still eat 4,000 calories worth of salad, then you still won't lose any weight.
for me, starving yourself isn't the solution to weight loss. I'm pretty sure u need 3 meals a day with healthy, non fatty foods. a healthy snack like a fresh fruit would be very helpful between lunch and dinner, because it prevents you from overeating at dinner. this is my opinion and i don't know if your method will work or not

Nope. If you eat three times a day i.e (Breakfast,lunch,dinner) and the food you eat in other times is healthy then one time non healthy food doesn't matter. But if the food you eat in other times is also not healthy then may be you lose weight.
about 2 pounds, maybe. It depends on what kind of salad and what kind of dressing you put on it. When I say 2 pounds I mean that it will be something other than water poundage.
