It depends upon the state you live in. In the Commonwealth of Virginia there is no law against having a lawfully owned firearm in a bank. I do it 3 or 4 times a month. In other states there are in fact laws against it. Again, it just depends on the laws for your state.
NO!!!!!!
Sorry that is not correct, depending on what the original question meant. Banks are not a prohibited location in Florida if the person has a gun permit. The only exception to that is if the bank is on federal property (which is not likely, and it's a common misconception that an FDIC bank is a federal bank) or if the bank has posted a sign in accordance to Florida law stating that guns are banned on the property. If the person does not have a gun permit, it is not legal to carry a gun anywhere.
It is not illegal to go into a bank in Florida unless the bank has a no weapons sign posted that meets Florida's state requirements.
Flammables, explosives, firearms, liquid containers over 3 ounces, knives or anything else illegal
at an illegal firearms store? No one here is going to tell you how to acquire an illegal firearm. It is illegal to purchase a stolen firearm or for a felon to purchase a firearm.
No
Gun-transports illegal firearms. Ridgerunner-transports illegal alcohol.
illegal..................
Up to ten years for the firearms charges, plus accessory charges to any crimes committed with those firearms.
Yes, as long as you are not prohibited by any laws from carrying a firearm. A bank has the right to request otherwise but ignoring that request would result in a trespassing charge rather than a firearms charge.
Depends on the laws of the jurisdiction which you are in.
Not smart, not effective, not illegal.
Yes, of course it is illegal to bring BB guns on planes.
Illegal firearms are very rare, compared to the number of legal firearms in existence. Roughly half the households in the US own at least one firearm legally.
Not if they are sent to a licensed dealer to handle the transaction.
