Check your state rules. In Georgia you have to have your license for at least 6 months before you can drive with anybody in your car that isn't in your immediate family. I think it's okay if they are brothers/sisters.
No! It is illegal to drive a car without a licence.
yes it is illegal to drive a motorcycle anywherewithout the proper endorsement!
If you allow someone to drive your vehicle without a licence, you could have your licence suspended. It is illegal.
Sure, it is not illegal to own a car without a licence and therefore is not illegal to insure a car without a licence...but it is still illegal to drive it.
i think so concidering it is illegal EVERYWHERE ELSE!
It is obviously illegal if you are on the wheel of the car without having valid driving licence. Your dad having the valid driving licence, will not prove your point in the eyes of the law.
Everyone has to have a licence to drive any form of vehicle on public roads in the UK. Whilst a licence is required to drive on a public road, any person may drive on private land without a licence with the consent of the landowner, but it is illegal - regardless of any licence or not - to drive without lawful authority on any common public land, such as moorland.
If your driver's licence is suspended, you many not drive any vehicle on streets, highway etc. Although if there is an offsite track, you may be allowed to drive there without licence.
No, sorry the rental company will not put a 16 year old on as an addtl driver
It is not illegal in US or many countries for someone to drive your car, except when the driver does not have a driving licence. The owner can be ticketed, if the car does not have valid registration, emissions and safety inspection done.
