In the US (laws in other countries WILL differ) residents of MOST states may legally own a fully automatic firearm IF it is registered with the Federal BATFE, and the transfer tax paid. Unregistered full autos are highly illegal (10 yrs, $250,000 fine)

The first step is to contact the ATF and see if you can be approved to do it. Otherwise, it's highly illegal (in the U.S.) and you can face very stiff penalties for having a full auto gun without the ATF approval and tax stamp.
You have to buy an E-grip for your marker, that will give it full auto capability.
