If you were asking if it's illegal to marry an "illegal immigrant"- no, it is not. However, marrying an illegal immigrant has its risks... the immigrant spouse runs the risk of being arrested and deported, meaning your new spouse would be jailed for a while and eventually sent back to their home country.
