No it is NOT illegal to won a bearded dragon in IL, I have one and know of several others that do and they are sold in pet stores all around IL.
No you do not need a license for a bearded dragon. You can find bearded dragons at your local pet store. Just make sure that they are not illegal were you live. Bearded dragons usually are not illegal in most states its just better to make sure.
Bearded dragons are not native to Arizona so it is either a pet that got loose, or it isn't a bearded dragon. I see no reason it would be illegal to have since they are native only to Australia.
I may not own one but I plan on getting one and i did research.I found out..YES a bigger bearded dragon will eat a smaller one if they are both males
Hopefully the people who own them!

No. But specifically, it depends on your intent. If it were illegal, then crowbars would be illegal too.
no, skunks are illegal to own in all of Illinois. The exception are sanctuaries and zoo's
You cannot own an actual dragon, as they do not exist. Various types of lizard have the word "dragon" in their name. Some of these, particularly bearded dragons, can be bought at some pet stores.
No. He lived in Illinois where slavery was illegal.
