You can't legally. Anyone tattooing without a license to do so is breaking the law......and that is probably not the only law that they're breaking. I am a professional state licensed tattoo artist in NH.
Yes. Most states have problems with people doing tattoos without a license for the health aspects of it. Depending on the state there are fines and even jail time involved, particularly if you tattoo a minor.
Not if no one sues, but if you do a tattoo for someone underage and their parents get upset, or if you just mess up on someone's piece, they can sue you to no end.
No, it is not illegal to tattoo yourself, just as it is not illegal to pierce yourself. As for tattooing others you should get a license. No, it is not illegal to tattoo yourself, just as it is not illegal to pierce yourself. As for tattooing others you should get a license.
you get into a license
If you do tattoo without a licence you can go to jail as there will be no consent forms signed or any of the proper procedures followed plus you can be charged with assault, actual bodily harm, wounding, actions likely to endanger life. The list goes on, so don't do it.
probaly not illegal but you should check with local laws in your state before asking on the internet
No its not illegal to get a tattoo at the age of 16 as long as you have parental consent. And when you turn 18 then you may get a tattoo whenever you want.
Laws vary from state to state, but the risk of disease is so high that tattooing is highly regulated. You can be hit with big fines. And there are additional penalties for tattooing minors.
Depends on the state. Most states it is illegal to tattoo anyone without a license. (except yourself)
No, you can't give your friend a tattoo without a license because as an amateur you do not know the safety practices to prevent infection or poisoning.
About 250 for the temporary 7 day tattoo only studio and about 900 for the tattoo only two year license
yes you do you are still tattooing and permanently messing people up if not certificate u can catch aids form doing a tattoo not them but even you
The laws vary state to state, but as of now, I do not believe that you have to get a "tattoo license" in the state of North Carolina. In a lot of instances the "license" to which people commonly refer to as the "tattoo license" is usually a business license, which you need to legally operate to begin with. This in addition to being trained and passing courses in bloodborne pathogens as well as CPR and basic first aid. Call your local health board.
No. I live and tattoo professionally in Pa.

Yea , as long as you have a tattoo license .
I believe it is but am not so sure
Yeah it's legal, people who do tattoo without a license usually tattoo at home for extra money. Which I'm thinking about doing in the future (if you do this make sure you card people, if you tattoo someone under the age of 18 without parent's permission it could get you into deep sht). But if you're trying to open a tattoo shop, It makes sense to have one though. If you do you'll be more trusted by coustomers. This statement may vary by state, but this is how it is in Indiana
Yes, you would need a liscence. You cannot be a tatooist without a liscence.
health dept or similar.
Infection, criminal offense, even death if done to a small schild

This depends on the state you are in. In general there is a fine of about $150 dollars. == == == == I pray no one is dumb enough to tattoo without a license or at least formal training. you could seriously ruin, or scar someone's body, and possibly give them a disease that could take their life, not to mention damaging the reputation of the good tattoo craft.
It depends on your country and your state/county in that country. Without that information, this question is too broad to answer correctly.
