No. But it is a waste of police time and if you aggravate the officer enough he has the authority to arrest you. And . . . you haven't explained the circumstances. If he asked you for your license and registration and you responded by saying you like to eat Pizza then you may get yourself in trouble. You have left the circumstances up to the imagination.
