Usually anything that upsets the stomach has to do with what you eat. It could be possible that you are sensitive to certain foods like dairy or gluten but I would never jump to assumptions. If I were you I would test the foods you eat through out the week just to give it a shot. I had stomach problems for months on end then removed dairy from my diet and it was completely fixed. I'm not saying it will solve your problem but this is a very common solution that's worth trying. Let me know if it helped!
