Is it legal for a pet shop to yank feeder rats front teeth out with pliers before feeding them to snakes and if not how can you stop it?

Don't worry, that is legal. They yank the teeth before feeding the rats to the snakes so that the rat won't bite the snake. Anyways, the snake will eat the rat so there is no need to stop it.
