Shes a minor. Your educational status doesn't matter, its your age. You can be 19 in high school it doesn't mean you are legally allowed to date 14 year olds. Or, okay---technically there are no laws regarding who you can "date". But as far as participating in sexual interactions---anything from kissing to full fledged intercourse---that is not illegal and you can be prosecuted and classified as a sex offender for a very long time. Although I know in California there is a 3 year grace period. I am not sure about Ohio, I had read somewhere it is close to a year. Sorry
