This depends on where you are. It is illegal in some places and counts as breaking incest laws while in other places it is considered legal. Queen Elizabeth I changed the law in England to allow it.
Biblically it is complex as Adam and Eve's children were all brothers and sisters so there would have been brothers and sisters having children together and then their children would all have been first cousins to each other - so the church is a bit cagey about it.
Medically it is safe. Latest research show that children of first cousins run the same risk of genetic problems as if the parents were not related at all. So it all depends on the laws in your country.

∙ 13y agoIt is legal to marry your second cousin in all US jurisdictions, and therefore to have a child with your second cousin. Whether it is OK to do that depends on how you and the rest of your family, your local community, and your religious community feel about such things.

∙ 13y agoYes, you can have a baby with your first cousin, as long as you and your cousin are not of the same sex. All it takes is sexual activity. Now, if you want to marry, that could be a problem. There are a number of jurisdictions where it is not legal for first cousins to marry.
