The police most certainly cannot use a taser to coerce information from a suspect during an interrogation, neither by threat nor actual torture.

But for example if a suspect became uncontrollably violent in the interrogation room, putting officers or legal counsel in danger, he could indeed be tasered and restrained legally.

If their behavior is disorderly, or the officers feel that the person is a threat then they maybe tased

If the person has one hand in handcuffs but the other hand is free, and he is being rowdy and refuses to stop, then the police can tase him.

I believe not if they are trying to cause harm to others while they are in the handcuffs
