Probably not. While most (all?) have an exception to battery statutes to allow parents to reasonably discipline children, an adult slapping a child, especially in the face, with all their strength is probably in excess of the discipline exception.
A slap is nothing. You can recover from a slap. But if you have any reason to believe that you would be kicked out of your house and wind up homeless, then do not tell your parents. Wait until you have somewhere to go until you tell them. If that means several years, then you just have to wait.
