Technically as a 17-year-old you are a minor, and your parents could have the police force you to return home, although if you are close to age 18 the police will be reluctant to spend the time and money to do so--unless there is evidence of another problem.
Note that your boyfriend may be guilty of statutory rape, depending on how the laws in Missouri are written. You should consult with a lawyer about that as well.
However, you can get married with parental consent, which would override these issues. Check with a lawyer to see what your options in Missouri are.
