The children she looks after might not listen to someone who is nearly their age, and if the child is still an infant, an eleven year old might not be able to take care for it. What if a youngsters starts crying, and the 11yr old starts to panic? No, this ain't no good idea at all. No, I believe the law says the child need to be 15 or 16 yrs old to babysit.
