According to Indiana Code 35-44-2 as long as you are not impersonating a law enforcement officer or department of revenue personnel with malicious intentions, there are no rules governing the legality of shirts with a Security Logo, so I guess it is legit. Hope this helps. I own a security company in Canada, and have had many employees take the shirts after leaving us. Although not a crime, I don't want former employees to represent my company. Anyways, why would you want to wear a shirt that rightfully could put you in situation that you would not want to be in?
