Yes, mines did...IF you want to call it a relationship. He KNEW me and LIVED with me on and off for 5 years. I questioned why he kept blaming his abusive behavior on his parents and SUGGESTED for him to seek help, but my guess on why he stayed in contact with me was due to him getting the supply that he needed because I catered to his every wish. We broke up 2 months ago due to him doing something indecent to our infant daughter. Since I didn't physically see him do anything all evidence points to him doing something(her pj's were off of her when I awaken in the night). He's great at gaslighting a situation and making it appear that I'm crazy. Even though I hurt like hell to separate from someone I created 5 years of memories with, It feels GREAT to be free of the abuse and arguments. I'm finally finding peace and myself again.

AnswerOh yeah. If it's working out for them they'll stay for quite a while because they are lazy and don't want to find new sources of narcissistic supply. Criticism and questioning are just sources of supply to them and don't really bother them much. It's just something new for them to play with. They leave when they get bored. Mine was with me on and off for 8 years. He's been attempting to start it up again lately but I won't allow it. Otherwise it would probably continue sporadically (and painfully for me, I might add) for the rest of my/his life. The Narcassist relfects everything back to him or her. If you are mad well then they are powerfull to evoke such fury. If you are sad, well then wow they must of been a wonderfull lover and broken your heart.

They do NOT want a lady with no passion. Its too boring and "common" for them. Plus they love the challenge of wearing down a strong spirit. The more tormented the relatiosnhip the more sweeter the ownership is, in their sick minds.
