It depends what the reason for killing one innocent is. But in all retrospect, it is not morally permissible to kill any innocent people. And more is something of a topic too. Kill one adult to save the lives of more adults or to save "more innocent" people like children and babies?

( what is said is completley correct but the fact is how you define the word innocent it could be babies or even clean slate which are dumb definitions .The point is you cannot shake the fact that the person dying is innocent)

Or:

Each person has a personal responsibility to difine his or hew own moral code. To live by the moral code of someone else is neither moral nor immoral. It is infantile servitude.

Two men stand facing each other, both with a gun pointed at the other. Who shoots first? The least moral or the most moral? The answer, or course, is that both guns fire simultaneously. The immoral person shoots simply because he has no regard for the pain and suffering of others. The moral person shoots to save his self-superior view of the world.

or:

any law of any country wouldn't allow that. Perhaps if you put a situation that will constitute to self defense, you may kill that person but then again that person wouldn't be innocent anymore would he?

I imagine some situations like a new born baby with a new strand of very fast infecting fatal virus with no present cure or is so fast that it really really needs to be incinerated rather than studied. will you burn the baby?

I imagine also like a man trying to demolish the wrong building oblivious to the fact that there are still occupants inside and is like seconds away to detonating it. He can't hear you cos of his ear phones and he can't see you too. the only way to stop him is to shoot a bullet between his eyes. would you shoot him?

if you need reference to just your act, nature do kill innocent lives everyday for the benefit or survival of more innocent lives.

What do you think is the bigger problem facing innocent people?

It depends on the context of your question. Innocent people who aren't in trouble with the law don't have a 'problem'. If an innocent person is swept up into a legal difficulty, the biggest problem for the person is proving they are innocent.

How can you know what is morally right?

No one really knows what is morally wrong. It all depends on what a person thinks. For example: Some people think that capital punishment is morally wrong because they think why should the government and people be able to kill someone for a mistake that they made. But other people think that it's what all of those muderers and people like that deserve, it just depends on what you believe in.

What is an evil person?

The Oxford dictionary defines 'evil' as morally bad or wicked; harmful or tending to harm, especially intentionally. So an evil person is someone who is morally bad or who intentionally causes harm. Defining a word in terms of another word or phrase raises the risk of having to then define the words used in the definition. I would suggest that "morally bad" is a quite different concept to "morally wrong". for example, even though some people see premarital sex as morally wrong, those who engage in premarital sex should not be seen as morally bad. An evil person could be a truly religious person or someone who pretends to be religious, or who wrongly believes himself or herself to be genuinely religious. It could be a non-religious person, such as an agnostic or atheist. In other words, a person can be an evil person regardless of religious beliefs.
