No. You should alwasy were unerware, it soaks up swet, urine, and other things. (And if you a boy, if you have wet dreams) I was told that it is better to keep them off when you sleep because the dark wet area can cause bacteria to grow. Ive heard this before and asked my gyno, this was her answer to me.
