Is it necessary to take a test any month you miss your period although you have very irregular periods and if you miss a month you probably won't be pregnant?

No it isn't necessary hun. But it would set your mind at rest whether your pregnant or not by doing regular mothly HPTs. Personally I would test every month like you are now if your having regular unprotected sex or get your partner to wear a condom all the time then you wont have to test so much. If you experience any pregnancy symptoms then definitely test.
