With whom? It is illegal to have sex with a minor. If another minor has sex with her then it not illegal as no one can be held legally responsible. I know it would be illegal for an adult to have sex with her with stiff jail time penalties.

∙ 14y agoif you're a girl, you should ask a parent (probably your mom) if you can go on Birth Control. If you don't want to do that, make sure the guy you're having sex with is using a condom or you the girl is wearing a women's condom.
If you're a boy, you should always wear a condom!
But the best thing is not have sex
